Hardscapes include a combination of paver patio and walks with decorative free standing walls usually alongside perennial planters and hedging. Draining larger hardscapes into rain gardens whenever possible is good practice.
Free standing walls provide a decorative look along with functional sitting, privacy, and are a great and useful addition to any new or existing patio area.
Among our specialties is the installation of paver steps. These are usually pavers secured to retaining wall block steps as a base.
We use a variety of decorative concrete materials including Pine Hall Brick clay pavers, Borgert and Willow Creek Paver Products, VERSA-LOK retaining wall block, Anchor, Keystone and County Concrete. Our service area includes the east Twin Cities, Saint Paul and Eastern suburbs.

VERSA-LOK Retaining wall block provides a strong and flexible design for both decorative and functional walls. Free standing walls provide an upgrade look and visual barrier to any landscape and patio area. Capping free standing walls using Indiana Limestone is a nice upgrade over wall caps. We have refined drainage correction skills and employ a variety of solutions. We install drain tile. Our drainage correction material provides a second layer of defense along with a graded area topped with 2 layers poly and landscape rock. A French Drain provides an enhanced environment for drain tile and can be visually appealing in the landscape.
The installation of a rain garden or holding pond is a great way to keep some of the run off allowing water to percolate into the ground. We install decorative rain gardens. Dry stream beds can also collect allot of water from runoff.

Low voltage landscape lighting provides both attractive and useful lighting, along with security features when combined with motion detectors.

Seasonal lighting installs are provided October through December. Call early for holiday lighting information. We carry only the highest quality light strings including LED lamps.
